Instalando ddclient detás de un router

Ddclient es un script desarrollado en perl que constantemente verifica la ip del dispositivo y permite actualizar automáticamente servicios como zoneedit.com y dynDNS.

La información de la ip puede obtenerse desde la interfase de red, pero en caso de estar detrás de un router podemos tomarla directamente desde una página web agregando las siguientes líneas en el archivo de configuración:

use=web, web=checkip.dyndns.org/, web-skip='IP Address'

Ahora, también podemos usar la siguiente tabla si contamos con alguno de los siguientes dispositivos:
